I just bought a house and within 2 weeks my basement flooded.. within 3 it flooded twice so I posted locally around 530am looking for recommendations on waterproofing companies because this clearly this wasn’t a one off. By 7 that morning this young man was at my door. By 730 he had diagnosed the problem and had a plan in place to fix it. Just a few days later they had it done, in just one day. They worked tirelessly in my ridiculously hot and humid basement without many(if any) breaks. Do not sleep on this company these young men care! They are understanding, professional and polite. He took every call and answered every question, replied to every text within a few hours. I always knew what was going on or what to expect. He followed up after the next big rain to make sure things were working as they should. Customer service like that really doesn’t exist anymore… I waited a few weeks to review The Guys because I wanted to make sure I gave an honest review and after the rain we’ve had I can confirm they did exactly what I paid them for.
